This OSCE AI will present as a mock patient with a completely random presentation. Treat it as a real OSCE, introduce yourself, confirm/ask for name D.O.B etc. The more realistic your inputs are the better experience you will get out of it.
As soon as you think you know the issue, feel free to ask the AI “Does the patient have X?” You can ask the AI for feedback and a summary of how you did.
